The aim of my practice is to provide you with a safe, inclusive and supportive space. Where you can share your story and explore where you’d like for your story to go – all with a gentle emphasis on your overall well-being. Your first step of reaching out for counselling is a difficult one and yet opens you up to experience positive change.
Approach
Exploring your story through counselling, my goal is to walk with you in our sessions. Our sessions will focus on you – your challenges, your goals, the impact that they have in your life, and creating a space to allow for change and growth.
